£¨1£©How to inquire on the status of an order?
¡¡¡¡After having successfully logged in to the website, click the button ¡°My Order¡± on the up-right of the page or enter the ¡°Member Center¡±. Click on ¡°My Order¡± to inquire on all outstanding orders. All the success order will be listed on the ¡°My Order¡± page.
 
£¨2£©What status can an order have£¿
¡¡¡¡An order can only have one status at a time. The status is used to exactly describe the state of the order within out system. The order status is as follows:

Oriental Beauty awaits payment from the customer

After 20 days and no money received the order automatically no longer valid

Declined Order
Oriental Beauty decline the order

Out of Stock
Out of stock so possible slight delay in delivery

Package sent to customer

Order Delivery Confirmed
Order successfully delivered to the customer

Order Wrong Address
Order sent but it is the wrong address

£¨3£©How to successfully place an order£¿
¡¡¡¡When the system gives you an order Number, or you are able to view an order at ¡°My Order¡±, it means that your order has been successfully placed and is being tracked by our system. You still need to pay the amount of the order. We will consider the order as a valid order and will deliver the goods and provide the related after-sale services after confirming your payment¡£
 
£¨4£©In what circumstances will your order be handled as invalid or withdrawn?
1.
Insufficient or wrong information of Address, Telephone, email address, post code has been entered. You need to leave valid and sufficient information to ensure we are able to properly and promptly deliver to you.
2.
Wrong choice of Payment/Delivery. If your delivery address in out of our delivery scope please do not choose Door-to-Door and Pay on Receipt as a delivery method otherwise your order will be considered an invalid order.
3.
Delayed Payment. The time we can wait for the payment for different payment methods is as follows:
£¨a£© China Merchant Bank Card: 24 hours
£¨b£© IPAYMENT: 3 days
£¨c£© Capital Electric Commercial City£º3 days
£¨d£© Payment by Post Office: 20 days
£¨e£© Remittance by Bank£º10 days
  Notice: If payment is not on time, our system will cancel the order and inform you by email. If you want to continue to confirm this order, please make payment on time. If there are no changes to the price of the goods you order before you make payment, we will consider the order as valid one and deliver the goods you order within 24 after receiving your payment.
4. You need to choose the delivery methods on the order. If we can not contact you 2 days after we deliver the goods according to the order status, the system will send you an email to your registered email address. If you fail to contact us 24 hours after we send this email, we will consider that you returned the goods and cancel the order automatically. If the address you leave on the order can only be valid at special period, please leave a note in the ¡°remarks¡± section of the order
 
£¨5£©Why have I not received the goods even though the order status is set to ¡°Order Sent¡± ?
¡¡¡¡A possible reason for this could be that you leave us your company address. Our staff will consider that under normal circumstances you do not work at weekends. If you do work during weekend (or if it is convenient for you to receive your disks at weekends), please state this in the Remarks section of your order. Once your order is printed it will given to the delivery company. From that point on your order is determined to have a status ¡®Order Sent¡¯. Under normal circumstances you will receive your order on time.
 
 
 
 
(6) What to do if the goods I received are not the ones I ordered?
  ¡¡¡¡The first thing to do is to check your order to see whether it is a mistake made by you or by Oriental Beauty. If it is our mistake and we have sent you the incorrect disks, please let us know immediately (either by calling our hotline or by email). We will handle your request according to the withdrawal procedure.
 
(7) How to cancel an order£¿
  Canceling an order may be done in a number of ways:
1.
Go to the ¡°Check your order¡± area and cancel it any time before you have made payment
2.
You may call our hotline number or email us to cancel the order if you have paid. We must first check that the order status is ¡®Payment received¡¯ and not already shipped. After checking the payment we will refund the money. If you have paid on line, depending on the circumstance we will decide either to refund you as you request or keep your money in the virtual account.
