Canceling
an order
may be
done in
a number
of ways:
1.
Go
to the
“Check
your order”
area and
cancel
it any
time before
you have
made payment
2.
You
may call
our hotline
number
or email
us to
cancel
the order
if you
have paid.
We must
first
check
that the
order
status
is ‘Payment
received’
and not
already
shipped.
After
checking
the payment
we will
refund
the money.
If you
have paid
on line,
depending
on the
circumstance
we will
decide
either
to refund
you as
you request
or keep
your money
in the
virtual
account.
Note:
When your
order
is marked
as ‘Order
sent’,
you can
not cancel
it as
your order
is in
the course
of delivery
