Notices of receipt of your money or
delivery of your disks When we receive your payment,
we will send you an email as using your registered
email address and then deliver your order to the
address specified within 48 hours. When we deliver

When we have received payment from
your side, we will send you email to your registered
email address and deliver your order within 48 hours.
Also when we deliver your order in the way you requested
our system will also send you an email to tell you. |

for returning or changing your order ? |
| |
All disks and programs we sell are authentic and
legal. Their quality is guaranteed to be the same
as those you buy at our shops or those of our partners
and distributors.
In certain circumstances certain events may occur
that may influence the delivery of the goods |

Rejected goods: You will need to return your
order within 3 days after receipt if the disks
you receive cannot be played (not because of human
damages). You are required to fax or email us
to tell us in advance and then return the disks
within 30 days after its delivery (the start date
is as indicated on the shipping list).
Important: You cannot return orders without the
confirmation of your damage by our Customers¡¯
Services Center. |

Change goods: In certain circumstances there
may be issues with the package or disks contained
within them
1). Within 3 days after you receive your order,
if you find that the quantity or names of the
disks are not the same as that indicated on the
packing list, you may contact us to return.
2). If the disks are damaged during transportation,
you may ask for return within 7 days after receipt
together with the transportation evidence |

Remarks:
1 All Oriental Beauty disks go through a rigorous
quality check before being packaged and shipped.
Please check the package before the deliverer so
as to get an evidence of damage.
2 Please contact our Customers Services Center to
get our confirmation before return. Failure to do
this may result in us refusing your returned goods
and you will have to bear all the expenses thus
caused. We keep the right to refuse the abnormal
and unreasonable return of goods. |

The time frames for return or change
of your order vary depending on the way delivery
is requested in the first place. |

For door to door delivery 1 week
after confirmation we will deliver your changed
order after our staff has been in contact with
you

For customers who receive their
orders by post, please send immediately everything
that you received back to our Company (together
with the invoice stating your reason of return
or change). Once we receive your return or change
package we will post your order again as soon
as possible. |

Important Notice
We reserve the right to refuse your return or change
of order in the following circumstance
1. You choose the wrong disks
2. Your request for return or change is not on time
3. The package you return is damaged or the quantity
indicated is less than indicated on the packing
list
4. The packing list or invoice is missing or incomplete
5. You want to change for another kind of product
6. You have not contacted our Customers¡¯ Services
Center in advance
7. The disks bought are not from us
8. You have made a mistake |

Issues regarding quality of disks |

You should contact our Customers¡¯ Services Center
in the unlikely event that you find one of our disks
is of bad quality. We give you our word that all
disks are in good condition when delivered. Please
check the package in front of the delivery company
so as to get evidence of any damage. |

Special Considerations |
| |
1) We will only return or change disks for you that
are delivered to your door for free. Please contact
us in the stipulated time and prepare the disks
and related evidence.
2) Quality that matters. Some software you use may
not be able to play all disks. Please check if the
disks you received can work in another player before
you ask for return or change from us.
3).Some VCD or DVD players made in foreign countries
cannot play disks made in China and use a different
decoding method. Please play it on a played made
in China.
